5 Week Weight Management Program

I have never tried hypnotherapy before. I went for weight management however it has covered so much more. From the first session I felt at ease with Susan. I was a bit stuck in several areas of my life. The initial discussion covered so much and I walked out feeling far more positive. I returned to work the following week after being off sick, my relationships around me started to improve with simple techniques suggested by Susan. And after 3 weeks my relationship with food has definitely altered for the better. There are homework exercises to do which help to keep up the momentum. From a weight loss perspective this is not a quick fix but from experience the quick fix is never sustainable. I have confidence that my weight will reduce to a healthy range but I’m not even weighing myself anymore. I’m feeling lighter and healthier and less obsessed with it which is a great outcome and that’s only after week 3. I look forward to my sessions and will miss them when they end.
