I have suffered from severe claustrophobia for years. I was unable to use a lift and since I also suffer from sciatica, had always to request a ground floor room when I go on holiday. I booked a course of treatment with Heather when I could, I had to go for an MRI scan. The results were amazing. I managed the MRI scan and used the lifts on holiday. I have also used lifts since coming home. This is a huge achievement for me. Heather is so friendly and caring and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
