I would recommend Heather as she is a lovely woman with a relaxing voice. She has helped me so much with weight loss, I couldn’t have got this far in such a short time without her. I have lost 2 stone and 2 lbs in 9 weeks, and 48”, and I am continuing to lose weight steadily every week. I know that if I have any issues or I am struggling, Heather is on hand with great advice.
