I had a HypnoBand fitted in March/April 2013 and Heather was brilliant. I had one really bad addiction to chocolate since I stopped smoking and could not kick it. Now I don’t eat chocolate at all or sweets that I used to eat all the time either. I am diabetic and at the time was taking 3 different medications for it and have just been to my diabetic clinic yearly appointment and the consultant was over the moon as I have lost nearly 2 stones in weight and have also cut out 6 milligrams of medication off the diabetic meds. So whatever Heather did it is working and I am quite happy to lose 1 lb or whatever a month as long as it keeps working.
